In this role ofMembership Team Leader, you will support the day to day responsibilities of the team and ensure a first-class service is delivered to customers.

Key responsibilities for a Membership Team Leader

  • Be a role model for the team and respond to high volume of enquiries
  • Manage and resolve escalated complaints from the team
  • Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
  • Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
  • Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries
