Description
- Lead the development and implementation of procurement analytics strategies and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Manage and maintain procurement technology systems to ensure their optimal performance.
- Train and mentor team members on the use of procurement analytics tools and techniques.
- Develop and present detailed reports on procurement analytics findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all procurement activities.
- Monitor the market trends and developments in procurement analytics and technology.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the Procurement & Supply Chain Department.
Profile
A successful Procurement Analytics & Technology Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and principles.
- Proficiency in procurement analytics tools and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- High-level strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
