WSR are looking for an Goods In/Out Operator to join the team of our esteemed client based in Milton Keynes.Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £28K - £30K

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm. 3:30pm finish on a Friday

Assembly Operator Role Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Goods In/Our Operator to join the warehouse team at our Client’s new facility. The successful candidate will manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient handling and accurate record-keeping. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring timely deliveries of their high-quality fire door products.

Key Responsibilities:

Goods In:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery
  • Report and document any discrepancies or damaged
  • Unload and transport stock using appropriate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet
  • Store goods correctly, adhering to stock rotation procedures to maintain product

Goods Out:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with company
  • Load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring the protection of our products during
  • Complete all relevant documentation accurately to maintain
  • Coordinate with couriers and transport teams to manage dispatch schedules

General Warehouse Duties:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, including manual handling
  • Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for stock tracking and
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory audits as
  • Support additional warehouse duties as assigned by

Goods In/Out Operator Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is
  • A forklift license is desirable but not mandatory; training can be
  • Experience with counterbalance and reach trucks is highly
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording stock
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Basic IT skills for stock control systems and
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work

      Goods In/Out Operator Benefits:
