Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and estate agents
- Proactively canvass and generate new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Manage property listings, arrange viewings, and provide client feedback
- Negotiate and secure the best possible sale price for properties
- Upsell additional services, with great financial rewards
- Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competition
- Ensure all property listings are presented effectively online
- Comply with Money Laundering regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For in a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Proven experience in estate agency sales with a track record of hitting targets
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisation
- Ability to work proactively and manage time effectively
- Full valid driving license required
