A leading global property company is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for a new Build-to-Rent scheme in Milton Keynes. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for carrying out onsite lettings management services, overseeing lettings administration, compliance and marketing. Overview:
- BTR Lettings Negotiator (6 month FTC)
- Location: Milton Keynes
- Salary: £27,000 + Bonus
- Working Hours: Mon-Sat 9am-6pm (1 day in lieu)
Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator include:
- Carry out regular rent analysis of the local market.
- Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings and negotiate rental offers.
- Complete applicant vetting requirements.
- Coordinate renewal communications and negotiations.
- Ensure arrival packs are prepared and ready for the tenant move ins.
- Provide first class customer service to residents and applicants.
- Ensure systems are kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data.
- Ensure good presentation of available apartments at all times.
- Coordinating the online marketing for available apartments.
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to in line with agreed service levels.
- Coordinate with 3rd party agents as required.
The person:
- Experience undertaking viewings and negotiating offers.
- Prior experience working in a Negotiator role within Real Estate.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and dynamic, taking ownership of duties.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible and cooperative.
