Stonebridge is excited to work with a leading advisory firm based in Milton Keynes. Our client is on the lookout for an organised and highly motivated individual who will be joining the specialist property team in an exciting and challenging role as a Property Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have transferable skills from the property industry - estate agent, property manager, mortgage administrator or a paralegal in conveyancing.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing firm and the chance to establish a lucrative career in the insolvency sector - the busiest sector in the economy at present.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

· Maintaining a portfolio of fast-paced property receivership appointments for a variety of lenders.

· Closely liaising with owners, occupiers and mortgage providers to negotiate a successful conclusion of a property sale or a refinance solution.

· Adhere to statutory guidelines and internal compliance procedures.

· regular interaction by telephone and email with property agents, finance brokers, solicitors and tenants in order to assist you in achieving the realisation strategy required by the client.

Requirements

· Able to work under pressure

· Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail

· knowledge of either insolvency, secured debt collection and/or property management/sales would be preferred.

This is a perfect role for someone with a years’ experience in the property industry. You will also have the chance to pursue professional qualifications once established.
