In this role you will:•    Support the property function with management, landlord and tenant matters.•    Project manage and oversee investment projects for our Scania network. •    Act as a support to our Head of Property•    Prepare and present updates and project plans to the executive team, to aid in the decision-making process.•    Lead and motivate the team and wider organisation to achieve established goals. •    Ensure projects are on track and moving forward in line with the defined budget. •    Lead the development of systems and processes.

About you:

A Qualified Chartered Surveyor – essential is MRICS/MCIOB, with at least 5 years pre-qualification and demonstrable experience in both Consultancy and Client-side roles, covering Real Estate, Project Management and Facilities Management.Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks. Excellent Attention to Detail – operating with accuracy, enabling you to present reliable information.Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support. Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally. Project Management - to plan and manage projects, to successfully complete the defined goals and deliverables. Leadership Skills – evidence of coaching, leading and developing a team
