OverviewWe are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Hours:Â Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm on an ad hoc basis with an Immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, manage phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry and filing.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proven organisational abilities with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
