Temporary Administrator/ Receptionist

Immediate start

Hours:(08:30 - 17:00 with 1 hour lunch) Monday - Friday

Hourly Pay rate: £15.00 per hour

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to combine their administration and receptionist skills. You will be responsible for greeting visitors and Facilities and Health and safety administration.

About the Role

Reception duties - Greet visitors, answering and transferring calls appropriately

Travel arrangements in line with customer or employee requirements

Facilities support - arrange scheduled maintenance as per schedule, ad hoc requirements with contractors according to tickets raised, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and maintained, including invoices and ticket system.

Collate energy and waste data from company records and supplier invoices to submit for reporting.

Ensure that new starter administration tasks are completed, including managing key documents and general support such as locker provision and home office equipment.

You will have

Minimum of two years of Reception & administration experience

Excellent organisational skills

High level of accuracy

Microsoft Office Suite
