Exciting Opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist
Dates for cover;
Friday 2nd May 8.30 am to 10.30 (training day)
Tuesday 6th May until Friday 16th May. X 9 working days.
Thursday 22nd May until Tuesday 27th May. X 3 working days.
Excluding weekends and Bank holidays.
Ā£13.00 per hour
8.30am to 12.30

Our client is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional service in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Switchboard Expert: Handle incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate departments with ease.
- Stationery Supply Specialist: Keep office supplies stocked and handle custom requests for materials.
- Resource Booking: Coordinate bookings for hotels, taxis, and meeting rooms to support the internal team.
- Admin Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including mail shots and invoice processing.
- Guest Reception: Meet and greet all guests, print name badges, and organize WiFi access with IT.
