  • Provide expert support in employee relations, ensuring the consistent and fair application of HR policies
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management
  • Advise managers on handling employee relations matters, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
  • Assist in performance management processes, ensuring support for employees and adherence to company standards
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to maintain compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Work with team members and stakeholders to develop strategies for improving employee engagement and team performance
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strong experience in employee relations, with a proven ability to manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management cases
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
  • Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office when required
