- Provide expert support in employee relations, ensuring the consistent and fair application of HR policies
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management
- Advise managers on handling employee relations matters, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Assist in performance management processes, ensuring support for employees and adherence to company standards
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to maintain compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
- Work with team members and stakeholders to develop strategies for improving employee engagement and team performance
- Strong experience in employee relations, with a proven ability to manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management cases
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
- Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office when required
