Are you a dynamic and passionate HR professional ready to make a real impact? We are looking for a People & Culture Partner on a permanent basis for our client based in Milton Keynes. You'll be working across a full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to employee relations, projects, and beyond.

About the Role:In this varied, generalist role, you'll be partnering with leaders from departments including the contact centre, financial advisors, marketing, finance, and compliance. You'll manage the HR needs of around 100 people across the business, with a total headcount of 300 permanent staff (shared amongst 3 HRBPs).

  • Full HR Generalist Scope: Recruitment, selection, onboarding, ER, leavers, project work, and everything in between.
  • Hybrid & Flexible Working: While you'll have flexibility, expect travel to our Leeds, London & Milton Keynes offices.
  • Strategic Focus: You'll be involved in key projects for 2024, including succession planning, ED&I initiatives, apprenticeships and graduates programs, as well as automation and system management.
  • Data-Driven HR: Analysing and using data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • A Mix of Strategy and Admin: You'll manage day-to-day HR tasks but also focus on delivering long-term strategic goals for the business.

About You:You are confident, resilient, and excited about rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You'll bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven Generalist HR Experience: Ideally a minimum of two years at the Senior Advisor level.
  • Strong Employee Relations Knowledge: Experience managing ER cases in a fast-paced environment (although ER load here is relatively low).
  • Strategic Mindset & Project Experience: Able to implement and deliver key HR initiatives while managing the day-to-day HR workload.
  • Confidence to Challenge & Influence Senior Leaders: You can push back when necessary and support leadership through tough decisions.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: You'll take ownership of issues and drive solutions, whether related to HR processes, systems, or people.
