Role: Recruitment & On-boarding administrator FTC 6 months

Location: Milton Keynes /Hybrid

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm (flexible)

Salary: £25,000 -  £28,000

I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to

support my clients Central Support Team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates

and agencies, and assisting the People Assistant in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new

hires.

What will you be doing in the recruitment administrator role?

  • Schedule and book interviews between candidates and internal interviewers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with onboarding policies.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new hires have access to necessary resources on their first day.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates providing updates on the status of their applications and any additional requirements.

What we would like from you:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and familiarity with HR systems/software is an advantage.
  • Experience in a recruitment or HR administration role is a plus, but not essential.
