Reed Milton Keynes is seeking an ambitious recruiter to manage a busy accountancy desk.

  • Role: Recruitment Consultant - Perms Desk

  • Specialism - Accountancy

  • Location: Milton Keynes MK9 2EA (with blended home working and office working)

Reed Milton Keynes has an excellent reputation and presence in the Accountancy & Finance market - this is a warm and busy desk ideally suited to an experienced recruiter ready to elevate their career with the UK's most recognised High Street agency.

You will work alongside another experienced accountancy recruiter and specialise in transactional accountancy roles and part-qualified accountancy positions.

Your role will involve:

  • Energetic business development, making proactive calls to prospective clients and fostering lasting partnerships.

  • Client meetings, visiting clients on site to understand their unique requirements and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.

  • Candidate sourcing, leveraging advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match.

  • Relationship building, ensuring candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support during the entire recruitment journey.

  • Goal-oriented performance, meeting targets, adhering to KPIs, and keeping track of your achievements.
