  • Proven experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the temporary staffing market.
  • A solid track record of billing success and meeting targets.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

  • A keen understanding of the recruitment cycle and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What will I be doing?As a 360° Senior Recruitment Consultant on a Temporaries Desk, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. At Pertemps, we focus on dropping administrative tasks from your day. You'll be backed by an exceptional team handling referencing, administration, compliance, payroll, marketing, and night service behind the scenes—giving you the time to focus on what you do best: building your empire.Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new clients through proactive networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Attract top temporary talent through advertising, job boards, and active headhunting techniques.
  • Full 360° Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job specification, CV screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
  • Sales and Targets: Hit and exceed revenue and placement targets in a competitive environment.
