Celebrating its 18th year of operation Aaron Wallis is a dynamic independent sales recruitment business with a terrific brand name in the sales industry together with repeat business rates of over 70%. With one of the largest marketing spends in our niche we have one of the most visited websites and attract over 4,500 sales candidates each month. This is a full-circle recruitment role where you will be responsible for converting new business and managing the entire recruitment projects from start to completion. We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals who are looking for the long-term and want the opportunity to grow within an ambitious and entrepreneurial business. Please note that at this level, we are only considering experienced recruiters. The ideal candidate could be commuting to London and looking for a better work-life balance or perhaps working for a large corporate and wanting a more entrepreneurial working environment.

Whilst continuous support from highly experienced directors is available, we prefer consultants that structure their own time and manage their 'own business within a business'.

Skills-wise, we need a sales-led individual who is unfazed by business development, ambitious, and tenacious. Our commission scheme is easy to understand, uncapped and generous, in your first year you should realistically earn 30K to 35K above your basic salary.
Our plans in the near future is to convert the business into an Employer of Trust (EOT), so the future potential is phenomenal.
