Job Title: Vehicle Inspector
Location: Milton Keynes, MK5
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30
Pay: £26000 -£27k per annum, £13.33 - £13.85 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector, who will ensure that end to end experience for the customer is exceptional and the handover of their new vehicle and the inspection of their return vehicle is thorough and to standard. Primary duties include:
- Carry out all inbound vehicle inspections and manage any issues in a timely manner
- Carry out all return vehicle inspections thoroughly, to agreed standard and timescales
- Ensure the right repair methods are adopted making sure repairs are to standard
- Accurately record damage via the hand held technology and ensure all damage is captured
- Familiar with the VWG defleet standards and produce fair estimates in line with these requirements
- Support to manage the handover site and vehicle movements
Qualifications and Experience for Vehicle Inspector:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry (essential)
- 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MOTOR INDUSTRY INSPECTION/ESTIMATING (essential)
- 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING UNDER CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES DAILY & TIGHT DEADLINES
- Full UK Driving License (essential)
- Experienced Inspections and vehicle estimating
