Duties and Responsibilties

  • Creating completion packs to provide to local authorities or working partnerships for banking/ECO banking/proof of completion
  • Working with Head of Compliance, supporting with company audits, banking, industry accreditation audits and general day to day requirements
  • Supporting banking submissions to our energy providers. Ensuring packs are thoroughly checked and compliant for submission
  • Attend project meetings for any new projects, project updates and completion
  • Work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in Compliance
  • Oversee and undertake compliance audits where appropriate and ensure an action plan with SMART objectives is established to address issues identified
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Shape, promote and exemplify company and department standards, policies and procedures

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 1 years of proven previous experience in an ECO compliance role
  • You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to self-manage workload, met tight deadlines whilst maintain high attention to detail.
  • Some familiarity with system portals would be preferred but not essential
  • Strong understanding of with ECO and PAS2030 would be preferred but not essential
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Good Telephone manner, active listening and able to deal with urgent situations
  • Ability to prioritise work to ensure tasks are completed within time constraints.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with varying senior levels, including staff, managers and external partners
  • Flexible & adaptable to change
  • Proficient and experienced in Microsoft packages

  • To manage existing and new obligation projects from inception to go live.

Workng Relationships

Reporting to Head of Quality and Compliance. Liaise with internal stakeholders and affiliated business partners. Liaise and work closely with third party suppliers and delivery agents where required in the delivery of compliance
