Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced Leader in Rental, Logistics, or Transport - Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management, commercial leasing, or transport operations.
• Sales & Business Development Skills - Ability to grow revenue, engage with customers, and drive commercial success.
• P&L Management - Proven experience managing budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
• Strong People Manager - Confident leading a team, setting expectations, and ensuring accountability.
• Fleet & Operations Knowledge - Understanding of fleet utilization, vehicle availability, and rental market dynamics.
• Customer-Focused & Commercially Driven - Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

We Will Also Consider Candidates From:

• Car & Van Rental/Hire businesses.
• Equipment & Tool Hire or Small Plant Hire sectors.
• Any other branch management role involving operational management of assets/equipment, customer service, business development, team leadership, and P&L responsibility.
• Full Clean UK Driving License - Essential.
