About the Role:

  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outbound sales efforts (phone, LinkedIn, email). You will be working with a mix of existing clients, past quotes and entirely new business prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity and lead details in our CRM.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning our solutions. This involves gathering financial information and preparing proposals (as needed).
  • Consistently exceed KPI targets.
  • Enhance product knowledge and identify high-potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in conversation and qualifying them as leads.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and email effectively to supplement phone outreach.
  • Accurately record all communications and lead details in our CRM system.
  • Assess client needs and match them to our financial solutions.
  • Prepare proposals when required by senior team members.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs.
  • Stay updated on our products and identify promising clients.
  • Maintain strict adherence to FCA compliance guidelines.

Qualifications and Traits:

  • Minimum 2.1 university degree (business-related preferred).
  • Proven ability to generate new business (please highlight this in your application).
