Hourly rate: £13.75 inclusive of holiday
Location: Milton Keynes
Part time 2 days per week
Our client is seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their team in Milton Keynes on a part time temporary basis.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Assistant, your role will be responsible for:
- Managing accounts emails,
- Handling purchase invoices,
- Managing expenses
- Managing both debtors and creditors.
- Mantaining the master data, ensuring supplier details are correct and up to date
- Loading payments to the bank ready for authorisation
- Cash flow
- Ad hoc office support and admin as needed.
This role would suit someone inquisitive and organised with a previous finance background.
A good excel grounding would be very advantageous for this role and would working knowledge of Sage.
The successful candidate will need to have a real can do attitude as it will sit within an office team of 6 which may sometimes require you to step out of your usual finance duties.
