Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of English to join our school community in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, starting in January. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to a diverse range of students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
• Create a positive learning environment that fosters students' academic progress and personal growth.
• Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
• Maintain a high standard of classroom management and uphold school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in English and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improving student outcomes.
