Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? A well-regarded secondary school in Milton Keynes, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is seeking a Maths Teacher to join their committed and high-performing team on a permanent basis from September 2025.
The Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love for mathematics and helping students reach their full potential. You will play a key role in the department, contributing to curriculum planning, assessment, and the overall development of the subject within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Inspire and engage students to develop their mathematical skills and confidence.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths department.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- UK teaching experience in Mathematics.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
