Salary: M1 to UPS3 (Mainscale)
Hours: Full-time, Standard Teaching Hours with Full Teaching Responsibilities

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Teacher of Maths to join our school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. Whether starting in January or Easter 2024, depending on availability, the successful candidate will play a vital role in nurturing students' mathematical skills and helping them achieve their best. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking maths department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across different year groups and abilities.
• Foster a positive and challenging learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Maths department to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.
• Engage in school activities, supporting students both academically and personally.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Maths.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning, with a focus on student progress.
• Experience in delivering the Maths curriculum at secondary level is desirable.
