Salary: M1 to UPS3 (Mainscale)
Hours: Full-time, Standard Teaching Hours with Full Teaching Responsibilities
Ofsted Rating: Good (2022)

Position Overview:
An Ofsted-rated Good school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join their team from January or Easter 2024 (depending on candidate availability). The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging maths lessons, promoting numerical skills, and encouraging analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality maths lessons to students across a range of abilities.
• Foster a positive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support individual learning goals.
• Work collaboratively with the maths department to improve teaching strategies and curriculum delivery.
• Engage in school activities and support students in both academic and personal development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Maths.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality education and student achievement.
• Previous experience teaching maths at the secondary level is desirable.
