Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join our school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The position offers a flexible start date of either January or Easter, depending on the successful candidate's availability. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths lessons, supporting student progress, and helping to foster a love for mathematics among pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective maths lessons across a range of age groups and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident in their mathematical abilities.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress to ensure all students are achieving their potential.
- Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to students to enhance their understanding.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve curriculum delivery and share innovative teaching methods.
- Uphold strong classroom management and adhere to school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching mathematics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- A commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
