The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have SEMH needs and will be committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality English lessons that cater to the individual needs of our students, helping them to develop their literacy skills and a love for literature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
