We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Milton Keynes. About the Role:
- Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Location: Milton Keynes
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Contract Type: Full-time, long-term
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in the planning and delivery of high-quality lessons
- Leading whole-class learning in the absence of the teacher
- Providing targeted support to pupils to enhance learning outcomes
- Assisting in the development of engaging and differentiated learning activities
- Contributing to the wider school community and fostering a positive learning environment
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold HLTA status (or be working towards it)
- Have experience supporting children across primary year groups
- Demonstrate confidence in leading whole-class learning
- Be passionate about education and committed to pupil progress
- Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
