We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in the planning and delivery of high-quality lessons
  • Leading whole-class learning in the absence of the teacher
  • Providing targeted support to pupils to enhance learning outcomes
  • Assisting in the development of engaging and differentiated learning activities
  • Contributing to the wider school community and fostering a positive learning environment


The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Hold HLTA status (or be working towards it)
  • Have experience supporting children across primary year groups
  • Demonstrate confidence in leading whole-class learning
  • Be passionate about education and committed to pupil progress
  • Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
