Damage & Recharge Administrator
Here at Manpower we have an excellent opportunity for a data admin focused individual to join our clients teams. Our client is a reputable, well establish company based within the Automotive sector.
Reporting to the Fleet Support Services Manager, the primary purpose of the role will be to support with all administration regarding in life customer maintenance recharges, collating customer damage packs for recharge and creation of customer invoices.
Responsibilities:
- With the support of the Fleet Services Support Manager maintain good relationships with customers, insurers and body repairers effectively, ensuring the minimisation of fleet down time to drive the significant financial benefits.
- Upon recognising any trends on recharges and repairs make recommendations for optimisation of cost to the Fleet Support Services Manager.
- Responsible for vehicle recharges ensuring vehicle repair costs are recovered by charging Locations and Corporate Customers.
- Keep up to date with any environmental, legal, economic, political developments directly impacting fleet and rental business in the Mobility Sector.
- Updating CRM Rental Systems and spreadsheets.
- Ad Hoc Administrative duties when required
Skills Required:
- Rental experience within the automotive industry (desirable)
- Fleet management experience within the automotive industry (desirable)
- Good vehicle brand knowledge and features (desirable)
- Strong organisation and planning skills, delivering quality output to deadlines
- Ability to operate without close day to day supervision
- Confident, articulate, with the ability to present findings
- Ability to use simple excel functions
This role is an ongoing temporary assignment which is reviewed every 3 months.
Located in Milton Keynes.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Hybrid working)
16.07 per hour / 29,247 salary equivalent.
