Location: Home based with occasional visits to Audi Retailers and Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

We are now recruiting for a Used Car Coaching Manager to drive a number of Used Car sales and quality KPIs through the identification of skills and knowledge gaps!

You will create and deliver predominately virtual group coaching to upskill and improve the performance of individuals and retailers within the Audi network.

Project management, content creation and the promotion of coaching support to stakeholders within the network will be a key element of the role.

In addition to this as our Used Car Coaching Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering group and 1-2-1 coaching to the retailer network.
  • Carrying out all administration and reporting relating to the delivery of coaching sessions.
  • Administering programme systems and reports to ensure a full understanding of the impact of coaching from national, area and retailer performance level.
  • Project manage the creation of engaging training and coaching content, including lesson plans.
  • Identifying opportunities to promote available coaching support.
  • Managing programme projects as required, working with the wider team to deliver improvements.
  • Building professional working relationships with the team, client and network.
  • Keeping up to date with all the digital tools used in the team and by the client.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for helping others improve their performance through sustained behavioural change
  • Excellent communication skills, both face to face and virtually
  • Experience in managing, mentoring and coaching people in a sales environment
  • Application of GROW and SMART to coach individual performance
  • A proven ability to create coaching and training content that engages the learner and drives individual performance improvement
  • Experience in utilising and driving key performance indicators through others
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
  • An ability to work independently and proactively to deliver results and meet deadlines
