We are currently seeking a Audi Used Car Coaching Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the sales and quality KPIs within the Audi network.

Through innovative and engaging coaching strategies, you'll help individuals and retailers achieve peak performance in the used car segment.

As the Audi Used Car Coaching Manager, you will be responsible for driving coaching sessions across the Audi network, working to enhance individual and team performance through tailored, virtual coaching.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both group and 1-2-1 coaching to retailers across the network.
  • Manage administration and reporting for coaching sessions, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Analyse program priorities to identify and implement coaching strategies for improved network performance.
  • Create and deliver dynamic training content that resonates with learners and fosters progress.
  • Work collaboratively with DEKRA colleagues to develop impactful communications and multimedia materials.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with team members, clients, and network contacts to foster engagement and program success.
  • Occasionally attend offsite meetings and conduct in-person visits to Retailers.
  • Stay updated on digital tools relevant to the coaching program.

To excel as our Audi Used Car Coaching Manager, you will have:

  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching individuals within a sales environment.
  • A strong passion for helping others achieve sustained performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful training both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Proficiency with the GROW and SMART models to coach and track performance.
  • Proven ability to create coaching content that engages and motivates.
  • Experience in tracking and driving key performance indicators.
  • The capacity to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation to work independently while effectively contributing to team goals.
