We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bakery Manager to lead and inspire a team at our clients new shop in Milton Keynes location. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the branch
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Drive sales and meet targets by delivering outstanding customer experiences
