Job Details:- Location: Milton Keynes
- Role: Locum Pharmacy Manager (Band 8b)
- Pay Rate:£37 PAYE - Competitive, depending on experience
- Duration: Ongoing contract
- Shift Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring smooth operations across the department
- Oversee and enhance pharmacy services in line with clinical and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and resource allocation effectively
- Provide expert advice to healthcare professionals on pharmaceutical matters
- Conduct audits and performance reviews to maintain the highest quality of service
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve patient care and service delivery
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a hospital setting (Band 8b level preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to manage clinical services and staff development
- Knowledge of relevant policies, guidelines, and regulations in pharmacy practice
