A national leading consultancy in Milton Keynes have an opening for a Senior Cost Manger to join their team.

Working on a range of industry leading schemes, they operate within a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, leisure, retail and residential. The majority of their workload is refurbishment and they are most prominent in the retail sector

You will be joining a team of 19, and will enjoy working in a collaborative working environment in a modern, open plan office.

You will working with a prestigious client, focusing on 4-5 schemes going to approval

You will be an extension on the client, working seamlessly within their processes,

You will be managing a small team.

Office based in the main, out seeing clients roughly once a week.
