We're hiring on behalf of a leading food manufacturer, and they need a new night shift Engineer to join their team due massive expansion!

What You'll Be Doing:

In this hands-on role, you'll be making sure the factory and machinery are running efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending breakdowns and getting everything back up and running quickly - keeping production on target.
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance to avoid disruptions and extend machinery life.
  • Keeping accurate records of all your work using the CMMS system.
  • Communicating clearly with other teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Always putting Health & Safety and food safety first.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects to make the factory more efficient.
  • Managing stock levels of essential parts and tools.
  • Getting involved in machinery upgrades and building projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing - experience with packaging machines is a big plus.
  • You're qualified to the 18th Edition and trained to Food Hygiene Level 2 and HACCP Level 2 standards.
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible team player with a problem-solving mindset.
