Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive strategies.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support plans.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and participation.
- Assist with classroom activities and create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with behavioural needs (school-based or similar setting).
- Patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- A proactive and positive attitude to inspire and support young learners.
- The ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).
