About the Role:

This full-time role will involve providing one-to-one support to students, assisting with their academic progress and social development. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored interventions, fostering an engaging and positive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized one-to-one support to students with SEN.
• Assist in classroom activities and deliver tailored interventions.
• Build trusting relationships with students to enhance their confidence and participation.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to address individual learning needs.
• Encourage social interaction and inclusion during group activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about supporting children and making a difference.
• Previous experience working with children is advantageous, but not essential.
