This is an exciting opportunity to join them at the start of a cutting-edge criminal justice support programme.In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients across prison and probation settings, supporting their rehabilitation.The key focus of the service is resettlement and employment support. This includes helping clients develop skills, secure accommodation, and access the necessary support to move forward. You will provide 1:1 support and guidance, setting goals and milestones to help them progress.About the Roles: We are recruiting for two peripatetic (floating) positions, where you will work across different sites in the local region, covering for staff absences (e.g., sickness or leave). You will step into prisons or probation trusts and continue casework with clients.Available Positions:

Oxfordshire – Covering HMP Bullingdon and Oxford Probation Trust.
Buckinghamshire – Covering HMP Aylesbury, HMP Springhill, HMP Woodhill, and probation trusts in Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, and Aylesbury.

Who We’re Looking For: To apply, you must have experience supporting individuals within the criminal justice system, either in a prison or probation setting.
