Learning Support Worker

Fulltime (8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday - Friday)

Pay: £12.82 - £13 per hour

Are you an experienced Learning Support Worker? Do you have similar or relevant skills and passion to support students with profound and multiple learning disabilities?

Reed Education are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Worker to join one of our SEND schools in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will provide essential support to students aged 7-19 years with Autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviour, physical disabilities, and related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to students who require additional support.
  • Utilise effective behaviour management and calming methods to ensure students feel safe and comfortable.
  • Understand each student’s unique needs and collaborate with staff to help them achieve their personal best.
