- Respond to manage and triage enquiries from people experiencing homelessness or professionals seeking support options, that would like to be considered for our accommodation.
- Signpost to other agencies where appropriate and record advice.
- Complete our referral forms over the phone and add prospective guests, who meet our criteria to our waiting list.
- Manage and assess referrals that come in direct from external services.
- Set up assessments for any voids that we need to fill.
- Lead on completing sign-up for new guests moving in.Â
- Be responsible for electronic copies of sign-up paperwork.
- Upload all sign-up documents to our software platform.
- Manage Housing Benefit applications, ensuring they are sent to MKCC to be processed.
