An established Housing organisation is seeking a Housing Officer for a temporary contract in the Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire area.
The position requires 2-3 months of work, with a salary of £25,000 per annum and a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role involves managing a patch of 700 properties, conducting viewings, signing new tenancies, and responding to anti-social behaviour complaints.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Housing Officer, excellent communication skills, and access to a car.
A DBS check from within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain a new one is also required.
