Housing Officer

An established Housing organisation is currently looking to recruit a Housing Officer based in the Northamptonshire/ Buckinghamshire area on a temporary contract.

Location: Northampton / Milton Keynes (700 properties)Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to FridayHybrid working: 3 days on patch, 2 days wfhDuration: 2-3 months temporaryThe role involves:• Working across a patch of properties delivering a comprehensive tenancy management service to tenants• Dealing with void properties, conducting viewings and signing new tenancies• Undertake property inspections before the end of tenancy or as part of the mutual exchange process• Respond to Anti-Social Behaviour complaints and neighbour disputes• Ensure all tenancy and housing related records are properly recorded Additional requirements:• Previous experience as a Housing Officer • Excellent communication skills and basic IT skills are essential• A driver with access to a car is essential for this role• A DBS check from within the last 3 years of willingness to obtain a new oneTo secure an interview for this excellent opportunity contact Laura De Ste Croix by email as soon as possible.
