Our rapidly growing Children's residential home is expanding and looking for a Children's Residential Deputy/Senior Support Worker to join them ASAP.

The home is based in Milton Keynes and will require the Support Worker to hold a driving licence.

What does the role entail?

Your role as a Children's Residential Deputy/Senior Support Worker will overseeing the needs and progress of residents. Provide one-to-one advice or group support sessions. Teach daily living skills like budgeting, shopping and claiming benefits. Manage the day to day operations of the home and staff.

Shift patters are 1 on, 2 off - this is broken down by doing day shift 8am till 11pm and then sleeping until 7am doing hand over to next staff member at 8am. (£50 per sleep)
