As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with children and young people, providing guidance and support to help them manage their behaviour, build confidence, and achieve personal goals. You'll be working both in schools and in the community, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children and young people with behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive strategies.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, teachers, and families.
  • Develop and deliver tailored 1:1 or small group interventions.
