- Managing printer faults and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Troubleshooting hardware issues and malfunctions at users’ desks.
- Collaborating with software engineers to develop new components.
- Hardware:Â Proficiency with laptops, desktops, printers, Apple smartphones, and iPads.
- Technologies:Â Expertise in Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, and the M365 application suite.
- People Skills: Excellent customer-facing abilities, strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet to assist with ‘how do I’ queries.
- Desirable Qualifications:Â Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
