Responsibilities:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Design and Develop: Architect, design, and implement robust C# applications that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions on time.
