Your Responsibilities:

Who You Are:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to cultivate a cohesive team.
- Proficiency in technical areas, including PowerBI, PowerApps, DAX Studio and Java.
- A solid history of managing software development projects from start to finish.
- Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
