We are in search of a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to enhance our team.

Day-to-day of the role:

Provide individualised and small group support to students with SEN, adapting to their unique learning needs.
Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to promote student success.
Participate actively in classroom activities, contributing to a constructive and encouraging learning environment.
Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers and parents to communicate updates effectively.
Work alongside the SEN team to innovate and apply effective support strategies for our students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in working with children with SEN is highly advantageous.
Demonstrable patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to supporting students with diverse educational needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Relevant training or qualifications in SEN support are beneficial but not mandatory.
