Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in a fantastic primary school in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with ADHD, ASD, and SEMH needs while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Role:
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for children with special educational needs
  • Supporting pupils with ADHD, ASD, and SEMH, helping them engage in learning and social activities
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
  • Helping to create a nurturing and structured learning environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working with children with ADHD, ASD, or SEMH needs
  • A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
