Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in a fantastic primary school in Milton Keynes. The Role:

Providing one-to-one and small group support for children with special educational needs
Supporting pupils with ADHD, ASD, and SEMH, helping them engage in learning and social activities
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
Helping to create a nurturing and structured learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children with ADHD, ASD, or SEMH needs
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
